This appeal to the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) is from an August 2014 rating decision of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO). In January 2018, the Veteran testified before the undersigned during a video conference hearing. A transcript of this hearing is of record. Additional pertinent evidence was added to the record after the hearing that includes June 2018 VHA opinions the Board requested in April 2018. The Veteran did not waive initial RO consideration. See October 2018 Correspondence. 1. Entitlement to service connection for bladder cancer, to include as due to exposure to ionizing radiation is remanded. 2. Entitlement to service connection for a pituitary tumor, to include as due to ionizing radiation is remanded. Additional pertinent evidence has been added to the record after the claims were most recently adjudicated in the September 2016 statement of the case. The Veteran exercised his right to not waive initial RO consider of this evidence and requested for matters to be remanded. The matters are REMANDED for the following action: After completing any necessary development, the AOJ must readjudicate the Veteran’s claims on appeal.
