ORDER
The appeal of the issue of service connection for removal of a brain tumor (claimed as residuals of a head injury) is dismissed.
FINDING OF FACT
In September 2018, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Board received notification from the appellant, through his authorized representative, that a withdrawal of this appeal was requested.
CONCLUSION OF LAW
The criteria for withdrawal of an appeal by the appellant through his authorized representative, for the issue of service connection for removal of a brain tumor are met.  38 U.S.C. § 7105(b)(2), (d)(5); 38 C.F.R. § 20.204.
REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSION
The Veteran had active duty service from April 1960 to November 1963.  This matter comes before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) on appeal from an August 2011 rating decision by a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO), which in pertinent part denied service connection for removal of a brain tumor.  The Veteran testified at a Board hearing before the undersigned Veterans Law Judge as to that issue in June 2018.
The Board may dismiss any appeal which fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed.  38 U.S.C. § 7105.  An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision.  38 C.F.R. § 20.204.  Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his or her authorized representative.  38 C.F.R. § 20.204.  
In the present case, the Veteran, through his authorized representative, in a September 2018 correspondence stated that he withdrew his appeal for, amongst other issues, removal of a brain tumor.  As he has withdrawn this appeal, there remain no allegations of errors of fact or law for appellate consideration.  Accordingly, the Board does not have jurisdiction to review the appeal and it is dismissed.
