ORDER
The appeal is dismissed.
FINDINGS OF FACT
In October 2018, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the present appeal, the Board received notification from the Veteran, through his representative, that he wished to withdraw his appeal.
CONCLUSION OF LAW
The criteria for withdrawal of the appeal by the Veteran have been met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105 (b)(2), (d)(5); 38 C.F.R. § 20.204. 
REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSIONS
The Veteran served on active duty from July 1968 to April 1970.  This matter comes before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) on appeal from a rating decision issued in April 2015 by a Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office. 
1.  Entitlement to a rating in excess of 10 percent for residuals of a right wrist fracture.
2.  Entitlement to a rating in excess of 20 percent for degenerative arthritis of the spine.
The Board may dismiss any appeal which fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed.  38 U.S.C. § 7105.  An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision.  38 C.F.R. § 20.204.  Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his or her authorized representative. Id.  In October 2018, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the present appeal, the Board received notification from the Veteran, through his representative, indicating that he wished to withdraw his appeal.  As noted above, his present appeal includes the issues of entitlement to a rating in excess of 10 percent for residuals of a right wrist fracture and, and entitlement to a rating in excess of 20 percent for degenerative arthritis of the spine.  Hence, there remains no allegations of error of fact or law for appellate consideration.  Accordingly, the Board does not have jurisdiction to review the appeal and it must be dismissed.
