Entitlement to service connection for Reiter's Syndrome (RS) is remanded.  
Entitlement to service connection for gastroesophageal reflux disease, as secondary to RS, is remanded.  
Entitlement to service connection for irritable bowel syndrome, as secondary to RS, is remanded.  
Entitlement to service connection for chondromalacia patella, as secondary to RS, is remanded.  
Entitlement to service connection for a kidney disorder, as secondary to RS, is remanded.  
Entitlement to service connection for diabetes mellitus, as secondary to RS, is remanded.  
Entitlement to service connection for fibromyalgia, as secondary to RS, is remanded.  
Entitlement to service connection for an acquired psychiatric disorder, to include adjustment disorder and depression, as secondary to RS, is remanded.  
Entitlement to service connection for a low back disorder is remanded.  

Entitlement to service connection for uveitis of the eyes is remanded.  
Entitlement to service connection for astigmatism with presbyopia is remanded.
Entitlement to service connection for a sleep disorder is remanded.  
Entitlement to service connection for stasis dermatitis is remanded.  
Entitlement to special monthly compensation based on aid and attendance is remanded.
Entitlement to a total disability based upon individual unemployability is remanded.
REASONS FOR REMAND
The Veteran served on active duty form December 1981 to August 1983.
This matter comes before the Board of Veterans' Appeals (Board) on appeal from rating decisions of May 2013 and July 2014 of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Remand is warranted to obtain legal briefs cited in an August 28, 2017 submission.  Specifically, the Veteran’s attorney noted that he was submitting a brief, and he instructed the Board to "combine this with our brief filed on 1/31/2017 to make one decision covering all issues."  The claims file does not contain any submission from January 31, 2017 and contains a cover letter for the August 28, 2017 brief but not the brief itself.  
The matter is REMANDED for the following action:
Ask the Veteran’s attorney to resubmit the January 31, 2017 legal brief and August 28, 2017 legal brief, together with any supporting evidence for both briefs, that he cited in his August 28, 2017 letter.
