REMANDED
Entitlement to service connection for a back disorder is remanded.
REASONS FOR REMAND
The Veteran served on active duty from October 1983 to July 1986. This matter comes before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) on appeal from a rating decision issued in November 2011 by a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO).  In December 2017, the Veteran testified at a Board hearing before the undersigned Veterans Law Judge. A transcript of the hearing is associated with the record. In June 2018, the Board remanded the matter for additional development and it now returns for further appellate review.
Entitlement to service connection for a back disorder.
The Board finds that a remand is necessary to obtain potentially missing records. Specifically, in the June 2018 remand, the Agency of Original Jurisdiction (AOJ) was directed to obtain the evidence submitted at the time of the December 2017 Board hearing. However, a review of the record fails to show that such development was completed. Thus, a remand is warranted in order to do so.
The matter is REMANDED for the following action:
Obtain and associate with the record the evidence submitted at the time of the December 2017 Board hearing. All efforts to obtain such evidence should be documented.
