REMANDED
Entitlement to service connection for a left lower extremity disorder is remanded.
Entitlement to service connection for a right ankle disorder is remanded.
Entitlement to service connection for a right foot disorder is remanded.
Entitlement to service connection for a skin disorder is remanded.
Entitlement to an acquired psychiatric disorder is remanded.
REASONS FOR REMAND
The Veteran had active service in the Army from May 1968 to April 1970.  The Veteran also had reserve service.
In February 2009, the Veteran filed his service connection claims.  He asserts these conditions are due to his active service or his reserve service.
Service personnel records have been obtained, at least in part, but it does appear that some records may be missing.  VA has obtained service personnel records showing the dates the Veteran had periods of active duty for training through 1985.  However, at the March 2017 Board hearing, the Veteran testified that he had reserve service through 2008.  Unfortunately, no records appear to have been obtained documenting the dates of any active duty for training after 1985 or the dates of any inactive duty for training.
At the Board hearing, the Veteran testified that he receives treatment for these conditions from both VA and private medical providers.  Specifically, he testified that he received treatment at the Cleveland Clinic.  Furthermore, at the Board hearing, the Veteran’s representative reported that additional evidence was being submitted.  However, it does not appear to be associated with the claims file.
The matters are REMANDED for the following action:
1. Obtain records confirming the Veteran’s periods of active duty for training and inactive duty for training through 2008.
2. Obtain any outstanding service treatment records from the Veteran’s periods of active service for training and inactive duty for training.
3. Obtain any outstanding medical treatment records from VA and private providers, specifically, outstanding treatment records from the Cleveland Clinic.
