Entitlement to a higher initial rating in excess of 30 percent for PTSD is remanded. Entitlement to a total disability rating based upon individual unemployability due to service-connected disabilities (TDIU) is remanded. The Veteran had active duty service from May 2005 to February 2014. In November 2017, the Veteran testified at a hearing before the undersigned Veterans Law Judge. 1. Entitlement to a higher initial rating in excess of 10 percent for TBI is remanded. 2. Entitlement to a higher initial rating in excess of 30 percent for PTSD is remanded. 3. Entitlement to a total disability rating based upon individual unemployability due to service-connected disabilities (TDIU) is remanded. The Veteran's representative submitted correspondence in April 2018 in which he requested a hearing with a Decision Review Officer (DRO). In an October 2018 letter, the Veteran’s representative confirmed the Veteran’s request for a DRO hearing. Therefore, the case is being remanded for the requested hearing. The matters are REMANDED for the following action: Schedule the Veteran for a DRO hearing at the RO. The Veteran should be notified of the date, time and location of the hearing.
