Entitlement to service connection for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is remanded. Entitlement to service connection for hypertension, to include as secondary to PTSD, is remanded. REASONS FOR REMAND 1. Entitlement to service connection for vertigo, claimed as dizziness, is remanded. 2. Entitlement to service connection for traumatic brain injury is remanded. 3. Entitlement to service connection for migraine headaches is remanded. 4. Service connection for PTSD is remanded. 5. Service connection for hypertension, to include as secondary to PTSD, is remanded. The Veteran served on active duty in the Air Force from October 2005 to July 2007. The Veteran contends that her vertigo, traumatic brain injury, migraine headaches, PTSD, and hypertension are due to her period of active duty service. Under 38 U.S.C. § 5102, 5103A and 38 C.F.R. § 3.159(b), when VA receives a complete or substantially complete application for benefits, it will notify the claimant of the following: (1) any information and medical or lay evidence that is necessary to substantiate the claim, (2) what portion of the information and evidence VA will obtain, and (3) what portion of the information and evidence the claimant is to provide. The Board notes that, to date, the Veteran has not been issued such notice for the claims on appeal. The Board also notes that the Veteran has no representation. As the duty to notify has not been fulfilled and evidence insufficient to provide full grant such that the duty deficiency would be overcome, a remand is necessary. The matters are REMANDED for the following action: Issue the Veteran notice in compliance with VCAA regulation and allow the Veteran sufficient time to submit additional evidence.
