Entitlement to an evaluation in excess of 10 percent for hypertension is remanded. A review of the record indicates that there are outstanding relevant VA medical records. The latest VA records associated with the record are dated October 7, 2016. A February 20, 2018, VA Medical Center Report of Hospitalization documents that the Veteran was admitted for treatment of chest pain; however, no records of this treatment appear in the claims file. Accordingly, the matter must be remanded to obtain them. See 38 U.S.C. § 5103A(c) (2012); Bell v. Derwinski, 2 Vet. App. 611 (1992).   The matters are REMANDED for the following action: Obtain up-to-date VA medical records and associate them with the record, particularly any records from any the dated after October 7, 2016. All actions to obtain the records should be documented. Any negative search results should be noted in the record and communicated to the Veteran pursuant to 38 C.F.R. § 3.159(e). K. J.
