REMANDED

A rating in excess of 10 percent for bilateral scapulothoracic and thoracolumbar spine strains is remanded.

REASONS FOR REMAND

The Veteran served on active duty from May 2000 to October 2008.  The Veteran was afforded a VA examination in April 2016 for his back condition.  The Veteran asserts that his back condition has worsened and requested a new VA examination.  This should be done.  

The matters are REMANDED for the following action:

Schedule the Veteran for a VA examination to determine the current severity of his service-connected bilateral scapulothoracic and thoracolumbar spine strains.
