REASONS FOR REMAND In September 2015, the Veteran underwent an examination showing characteristic attacks occurring less than once a week. In November 2019, he testified before the undersigned that his disability had worsened, as he experienced characteristic attacks anywhere from a few times a week to a few times a day, depending on the weather. Therefore, an updated examination is needed to adjudicate the claim. The matter is REMANDED for the following actions: 1. Obtain VA or private treatment records not already associated with the file. Of note, the Veteran testified that he was going to schedule an appointment with a rheumatologist. 2. Schedule the Veteran for an examination to determine the current nature and severity of his service-connected Raynaud’s Syndrome.   3.
