REMANDED

Entitlement to an increased rating in excess of 20 percent for diabetes is remanded.

Entitlement to service connection for a skin rash is remanded.

Entitlement to service connection for hyperlipidemia is remanded.

Entitlement to a compensable rating for hypertension is remanded.

Entitlement to an increased rating in excess of 60 percent for nephropathy is remanded.

Entitlement to a compensable rating for erectile dysfunction is remanded.

Entitlement to an increased rating in excess of 10 percent for bilateral nuclear cataracts is remanded.

REASONS FOR REMAND

The Veteran served on active duty from May 1968 to February 1971. These matters are on appeal to the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) from a January 2010 rating decision. The claims were remanded by the Board in July 2018 to obtain treatment records and a VA examination. Treatment records from Lawrenceville CBOC through October 2019 were subsequently added to the claims file. A May 2020 SSOC addressed the Veteran’s service connection claim for bruxism but did not address the other claims on appeal. Thus, as the Agency of Original Jurisdiction (AOJ) has not readjudicated the claims considering the new evidence, and there is no waiver of record, the claims must be remanded. See 38 C.F.R. § 20.1305(c).

The matters are REMANDED for the following action:

Issue an SSOC addressing the claims currently on appeal that were previously remanded by the Board in July 2018.
