REMAND

1. Entitlement for service connection for a left knee disability is remanded.

2. Entitlement for service connection for headaches is remanded.

REASONS FOR REMAND

The Veteran served in the United States Air Force from September 1991 to September 1995, September 2009 to September 2010, and July 2018 to February 2019.

The Veteran testified before the undersigned Veterans Law Judge (VLJ) via videoconference in September 2019. A transcript of the hearing is included in the claims file.

A review of the record discloses further development is needed with respect to the Veteran’s claims. Since the Veteran filed his claim in October 2015, the Veteran served on active duty from July 2018 to February 2019. These service treatment records are not associated with the file, and the Board finds they are relevant to the issues on appeal.

Therefore, the matters are REMANDED for the following action:

1. Obtain the service treatment records from the Veteran’s period of service from July 2018 to February 2019. 

2. Obtain outstanding VA treatment records since June 2017. 

3. Provide the Veteran an opportunity to identify any additional pertinent treatment records.
