Entitlement to a compensable rating for residual scar associated with right wrist degenerative arthritis is remanded. REASONS FOR REMAND The Veteran served on active duty from May 1976 to June 1977 and he received the Marksman Badge (rifle and grenade). In March 2020, the Veteran testified at a Travel Board hearing before the undersigned Veterans Law Judge. Increased Ratings for Right Wrist Degenerative Arthritis and Residual Scar At the March 2020 Travel Board hearing, the Veteran credibly testified that his disabilities have worsened since his October 2016 examination. The Board therefore finds that new examinations are needed to evaluate the Veteran’s disabilities and the claims are remanded accordingly. See Palczewski v. Nicholson, 21 Vet. App. 174, 181 (2007). The matters are REMANDED for the following action: 1. Schedule the Veteran for an examination to ascertain the current severity of his right wrist degenerative arthritis. Any indicated evaluations, studies, and tests deemed necessary by the examiner should be accomplished. The entire claims file, to include a complete copy of this REMAND, should be made available to the examiner designated to provide an opinion. The examiner must report all symptoms and functional impairments that result from the Veteran’s right wrist disability, including any limitation of motion expressed in terms of degree of range of motion. The examiner is advised that the Veteran is competent to report his symptoms and history, and such reports must be considered. If the examiner rejects the Veteran’s reports, the examiner must provide a reason for doing so. (Continued on the next page)   2. Schedule the Veteran for an examination to assess the severity of his residual scar associated with right wrist degenerative arthritis. All indicated evaluations, studies, and tests deemed necessary by the examiner should be accomplished. The examiner should address whether the Veteran’s scar is deep, superficial, painful and/or unstable.
