Service connection for a neck disability is dismissed. Service connection for left hand muscle atrophy is dismissed. Service connection for right hand muscle atrophy is dismissed. Service connection for left leg muscle atrophy is dismissed. Service connection for right leg muscle atrophy is dismissed. Service connection for left foot pedal neuropathy is dismissed. Service connection for right foot pedal neuropathy is dismissed. FINDING OF FACT There is currently no justiciable case or controversy for active consideration by the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) on the issues of service connection for a back disability, neck disability, left hand muscle atrophy, right hand muscle atrophy, left leg muscle atrophy, right leg muscle atrophy, left foot pedal neuropathy, and right foot pedal neuropathy, as the matters were granted in an October 2020 rating decision. CONCLUSION OF LAW As the benefits sought on appeal have been granted, the issues of service connection for a back disability, neck disability, left hand muscle atrophy, right hand muscle atrophy, left leg muscle atrophy, right leg muscle atrophy, left foot pedal neuropathy, and right foot pedal neuropathy are dismissed. 38 U.S.C. §§ 511, 7104, 7105; 38 C.F.R. §§ 19.35, 20.200, 20.201, 20.202, 20.302. REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSION The Veteran had active duty service from August 1966 to December 1969. He is the recipient of a Purple Heart and a parachute badge. Most recently, in April 2020, the claims above were remanded for further development. In an October 2020 rating decision, the RO granted service connection for (a) a lumbar spine degenerative joint disease status post laminectomy (previously claimed as back and spine condition), (b) cervical spine degenerative joint disease status post-surgical fusion (previously claimed as a neck condition, (c) radiculopathy of the left upper extremity (claimed as left hand muscle atrophy), (d) radiculopathy of the right upper extremity (claimed as right hand muscle atrophy), (e) radiculopathy of the left lower extremity (claimed as left leg muscle atrophy and left foot neuropathy), and (f) radiculopathy of the right lower extremity (claimed as right leg muscle atrophy and right foot neuropathy). The RO additionally granted service connection for radiculopathy of the right and left lower extremities, femoral nerves. The issues were then recertified to the Board. It is a well-established judicial precedent that when there is no case or controversy, or when a once live case or controversy becomes moot, the Court lacks jurisdiction. See Bond v. Derwinski, 2 Vet. App. 376, 377 (1992). As all of the claims have now been granted, there is no case or controversy currently before the Board. Consequently, the appeal must be dismissed. C.
