Claim of entitlement to service connection for a head condition, to include as residuals of a head injury and/or a qualify chronic disability under 38 C.F.R. § 3.317, has been withdrawn. Claim of entitlement to service connection for a jaw condition (with pain resonating into the neck), to include as a qualifying chronic disability under 38 C.F.R. § 3.317, has been withdrawn. Claim of entitlement to service connection for residuals of a neck injury, to include as secondary to a jaw condition, has been withdrawn. FINDINGS OF FACT 1. In January 2019, the Board remanded claims of entitlement to service connection for a stomach condition, headaches, a head condition, a jaw condition, and for a condition manifested by residuals of a neck injury. 2. In a June 2020 rating decision, the Regional Office (RO) granted service connection for irritable bowel syndrome and a forehead scar. 3. In a June 2020 supplemental statement of the case, the RO continued to deny service connection for headaches, a head condition, a jaw condition and residuals of a neck injury. 4. In a July 2020 “Appeals Satisfaction Notice,” the Veteran indicated that he wished to withdraw his remaining claims on appeal. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 1. The criteria for withdrawal of a claim of entitlement to service connection for headaches, to include as a qualifying chronic disability under 38 C.F.R. § 3.317, by the Veteran have been met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. 2. The criteria for withdrawal of a claim of entitlement to service connection for a head condition, to include as residuals of a head injury and/or a qualify chronic disability under 38 C.F.R. § 3.317, by the Veteran have been met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. 3. The criteria for withdrawal of a claim of entitlement to service connection for a jaw condition, to include as a qualifying chronic disability under 38 C.F.R. § 3.317, by the Veteran have been met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. 4. The criteria for withdrawal of a claim of entitlement to service connection for residuals of a neck injury, to include as secondary to a jaw condition, by the Veteran have been met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS The Veteran honorably served on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corp. from December 1987 to December 1991. For his service, he was awarded the Combat Action Ribbon. Service connection for headaches, a head condition, a jaw condition, and a neck condition. The Board may dismiss any appeal which fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed. 38 U.S.C. § 7105. An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision. 38 C.F.R. § 20.204. Withdrawal may be made by the Veteran or by his or her authorized representative. 38 C.F.R. § 20.204. In the present case, the Veteran submitted a July 2020 “Appeals Satisfaction Notice” indicating he wished to withdraw his remaining appeals. Hence, there remain no allegations of errors of fact or law for appellate consideration. Accordingly, the Board does not have jurisdiction to review the appeal and it is dismissed. H.M.
