Entitlement to service connection for a right shoulder condition is dismissed. FINDINGS OF FACT 1. Entitlement to service connection for a left shoulder condition was granted as left shoulder impingement syndrome in an April 2020 rating decision. 2. Entitlement to service connection for a right shoulder condition was granted as right shoulder degenerative arthritis in an April 2020 rating decision. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 1. The criteria for dismissal of entitlement to service connection for a left shoulder condition have been met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. 2. The criteria for dismissal of entitlement to service connection for a right shoulder condition have been met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS The Veteran served on active duty in the United States Army from June 1978 to July 1992. These matters are before the Board of Veterans' Appeals (the Board) on appeal of decisions issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO) in Houston, Texas. 1. Entitlement to service connection for a left shoulder condition. 2. Entitlement to service connection for a right shoulder condition. The appeals for entitlement to service connection for left and right shoulder conditions are dismissed, as service connection was granted for these disabilities in April 2020, effective June 20, 2008, which is the date of the claim to reopen was received.
