The appeal of the claim for an increased rating for right upper extremity diabetic peripheral neuropathy is dismissed. The appeal of the claim for an increased rating for left upper extremity diabetic peripheral neuropathy is dismissed. The appeal of the claim for an increased rating for right lower extremity diabetic peripheral neuropathy is dismissed. The appeal of the claim for an increased rating for left lower extremity diabetic peripheral neuropathy is dismissed. FINDING OF FACT On January 6, 2021, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Veteran’s representative submitted correspondence indicating that the Veteran wished to withdraw all issues on appeal. CONCLUSION OF LAW The criteria for withdrawal of the appeal are met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55 (legacy). REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSION An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision. 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his or her authorized representative. Id. Here, the appellant , through his authorized representative, has withdrawn this appeal and, hence, there remain no allegations of errors of fact or law for appellate consideration.
