Entitlement to an increased rating for right upper extremity bradykinesia, tremors, muscle rigidity, and stiffness due to Parkinson’s Disease, rated as 30 percent disabling prior to March 6, 2018, and as 50 percent disabling thereafter, is dismissed. Entitlement to an increased rating for left upper extremity bradykinesia, tremors, muscle rigidity, and stiffness due to Parkinson’s Disease, rated as 20 percent disabling prior to March 6, 2018, and as 40 percent disabling thereafter, is dismissed. Entitlement to an increased rating for right lower extremity balance impairment, bradykinesia, tremors, muscle rigidity, and stiffness due to Parkinson’s Disease, rated as 20 percent disabling prior to August 14, 2018, and as 30 percent disabling thereafter, is dismissed. Entitlement to an increased rating for left lower extremity balance impairment, bradykinesia, tremors, muscle rigidity, and stiffness due to Parkinson’s Disease, rated as 20 percent disabling prior to August 14, 2018, and as 30 percent disabling thereafter, is dismissed. FINDINGS OF FACT In a January 2021 written correspondence, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Veteran withdrew from appeal the issues of entitlement to increased rating for sexual dysfunction, right upper extremity bradykinesia, tremors, muscle rigidity, and stiffness, left upper extremity bradykinesia, tremors, muscle rigidity, and stiffness due, right lower extremity balance impairment, bradykinesia, tremors, muscle rigidity, and stiffness, and left lower extremity balance impairment, bradykinesia, tremors, muscle rigidity, and stiffness due to Parkinson’s Disease. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 1. The criteria for withdrawal of an appeal as to the issue of entitlement to compensable rating for sexual dysfunction due to Parkinson’s Disease have been met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105(b), (d) (2012); 38 C.F.R. § 19.55 (2019). 2. REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSIONS (Continued on the next page)   The Board may dismiss any appeal which fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed. 38 U.S.C. § 7105. An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision. 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. Appeal withdrawals must include the name of the veteran, the file number, and a statement that the appeal is withdrawn. Id. Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his or her authorized representative. Id. In a January 2021 written correspondence, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Veteran withdrew the pending appeal its entirety, which includes the issues of entitlement to increased rating for sexual dysfunction, right upper extremity bradykinesia, tremors, muscle rigidity, and stiffness, left upper extremity bradykinesia, tremors, muscle rigidity, and stiffness due, right lower extremity balance impairment, bradykinesia, tremors, muscle rigidity, and stiffness, and left lower extremity balance impairment, bradykinesia, tremors, muscle rigidity, and stiffness due to Parkinson’s Disease. Hence, there remain no allegations of errors of fact or law for appellate consideration on these issues.
