The appeal for an increased rating since January 31, 2014, for right upper extremity peripheral neuropathy is dismissed. The appeal for an increased rating since January 31, 2014, for right lower extremity peripheral neuropathy is dismissed. The appeal for an increased rating since January 31, 2014, for left lower extremity peripheral neuropathy is dismissed. The appeal for an increased rating since January 31, 2014, for left upper extremity peripheral neuropathy is dismissed. The appeal for a total disability rating based on individual unemployability due to service-connected disabilities since January 31, 2014, is dismissed. FINDING OF FACT In September 2020, after the September 2020 supplemental statement of the case (SSOC) and prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Veteran withdrew all claims in the appeal. CONCLUSION OF LAW The criteria for withdrawal of an appeal by the Veteran have been met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105 (West 2014); 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSION The Board may dismiss any claim that fails to allege a specific error of fact or law in the decision being appealed. 38 U.S.C. § 7105. An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all of the issues on appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision. 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. Withdrawal may be made by the veteran or by his or her authorized representative. Id. In September 2020 the Veteran withdrew this appeal in a written statement. There remain no allegations of errors of fact or law for appellate consideration. Accordingly, the Board does not have jurisdiction to review the appeal and it is dismissed. Vito A.
