FINDING OF FACT On July 15, 2021, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Board received notification from the Veteran that a withdrawal of this appeal is requested. REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSIONS The Veteran served on active duty from December 1984 to December 1988 and from February 1992 to February 2015. This matter comes to the Board of Veterans' Appeals (Board) on appeal from July 2015 and December 2015 rating decisions of a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO). Withdrawal 1. The claim for a rating higher than 50 percent for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) has been withdrawn. 2. The claim for a rating higher than 20 percent for right shoulder traumatic arthritis has been withdrawn. 3. The claim for a rating higher than 10 percent for tinnitus has been withdrawn. 4. The claim for a compensable rating for right eye maculopathy has been withdrawn. 8. The claim for service connection for left ear sensorineural hearing loss has been withdrawn. 9. The claim for service connection for right knee condition has been withdrawn. 10. The claim for service connection for frostbite, left toes, has been withdrawn. The Board may dismiss any appeal which fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed. 38 U.S.C. § 7105. An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision. 38 C.F.R. § 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his or her authorized representative. Id. In the present case, the appellant has withdrawn this appeal in writing on July 15, 2021, and, hence, there remain no allegations of errors of fact or law for appellate consideration.
