ORDER

Entitlement to service connection for a right wrist disability is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for a left hand middle finger sprain is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for bilateral eye episcleritis is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for bilateral dry eye syndrome is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for otitis media is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for sinusitis is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for heart murmur, claimed as shortness of breath, is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for irritable bowel syndrome is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for hemorrhoids is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for stomach polyps is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for benign neoplasms of the gynecological system is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for a mood disorder, claimed as depressed mood, is dismissed.

FINDING OF FACT

On October 18, 2021, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Board received notification from the Veteran, through her authorized representative, that a withdrawal of these appeals was requested.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

The criteria for withdrawal of the claim for service connection for a right wrist disability have been met.  38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55.

The criteria for withdrawal of the claim for service connection for a left hand middle finger sprain have been met.  38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55.

The criteria for withdrawal of the claim for service connection for a left hip disability have been met.  38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55.

The criteria for withdrawal of the claim for service connection for a right hip disability have been met.  38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55.

The criteria for withdrawal of the claim for service connection for bilateral eye episcleritis have been met.  38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55.

REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSIONS

The Veteran had active military service from September 1987 to January 2002 and from January 2002 to March 2013. 

The Board may dismiss any appeal which fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed.  38 U.S.C. § 7105.  An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision.  38 C.F.R. § 19.55.  Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his or her authorized representative.  38 C.F.R. § 19.55.  

In the present case, the Veteran, through her authorized representative, filed a written statement in October 2021 stating that she wished to formally withdraw her request for a hearing and that she wished to withdraw all pending issues on appeal.  The Veteran's pending appeals were for service connection for a right wrist condition, left hand middle finger sprain, bilateral hip disability, bilateral eye episcleritis, bilateral dry eye syndrome, otitis media, sinusitis, valvular heart disease, irritable bowel syndrome, hemorrhoids, stomach polyps, benign neoplasms of the gynecological system, and depressed mood.  Thus, there remain no allegations of errors of fact or law for appellate consideration.  

Accordingly, the Board does not have jurisdiction to review these appeals and they are dismissed.
