REMANDED

The claim for service connection for a low back disorder is remanded.

The claim for service connection for a right knee disorder is remanded.

The claim for service connection for a left knee disorder is remanded.  

The claim for service connection for carpal tunnel syndrome is remanded.  

The claim for service connection for a right shoulder disorder is remanded.  

The claim for service connection for tremors of the right hand is remanded.

REASONS FOR REMAND

The Veteran had active service from January 1971 to October 1972.

In December 2020, the Veteran testified at a videoconference hearing before the undersigned Veterans Law Judge.  A transcript of the proceeding is of record.

This matter was previously before the Board in April 2021, at which time it was remanded for additional development.  Unfortunately, all requested development was not performed.  Notably, it does not appear that the records scanned into VistA imaging have been associated with the file.  This must be done.  See Stegall v: West, 11 Vet. App. 268 (1998).  

The matters are REMANDED for the following action:

Associate the VistA Imaging records with the file, particularly those referenced in the November 2015 and April 2016 VA examinations and the reported pain management records dated in September and November 2020, scanned inpatient records in August 2019, and neurosurgery and spine center records on July 3, 2018.  If any requested records are unavailable, the Veteran should be notified of such.
