REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS 1. Entitlement to a rating in excess of 30 percent for brachial plexus palsy, left, partial secondary to gunshot wound (minor) 2. Entitlement to service connection for bilateral hearing loss The Board may dismiss any appeal which fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed. 38 U.S.C. § 7105. An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision. 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his or her authorized representative. Id. In a September 2021 statement, the Veteran stated that he wanted to withdraw his appeal of the claims for an increased rating for brachial plexus palsy and service connection for left ear hearing loss. Thus, the Veteran has withdrawn this appeal. There remain no allegations of errors of fact or law for appellate consideration. See VA Form 21-4138 (statement in support of claim) received September 2021. Accordingly, the Board does not have jurisdiction to review the appeal and it is dismissed. D.
