ORDER

Entitlement to a compensable disability rating for the Veteran's residual scar association with scleroderma with Raynaud's (left finger scar) is dismissed.

Entitlement to an initial compensable disability rating prior to August 4, 2020, and in excess of 10 percent thereafter, for pulmonary fibrosis is dismissed.

FINDINGS OF FACT

1. An August 2021 Board decision denied entitlement to a compensable disability rating for the Veteran's residual scar association with scleroderma with Raynaud's (left finger scar).

2. An August 2021 Board decision denied entitlement to an initial compensable disability rating prior to August 4, 2020, and in excess of 10 percent thereafter, for pulmonary fibrosis.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

1. There being no justiciable case or controversy, the issue of entitlement to a compensable disability rating for the Veteran's residual scar association with scleroderma with Raynaud's (left finger scar) is dismissed. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55.

2. There being no justiciable case or controversy, the issue of entitlement to an initial compensable disability rating prior to August 4, 2020, and in excess of 10 percent thereafter, for pulmonary fibrosis is dismissed. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55.

REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS

The Veteran served in the United States Army from June 1963 to May 1966, January 1974 to October 1976, and from August 1983 to September 1985.

These matters originally came before the Board of Veterans' Appeals (Board) on appeal from a February 2013 rating decision issued by a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO). The case was previously before the Board in August 2018, January 2019, April 2021, and August 2021.

In an August 2021 Board decision, the Board adjudicated the Veteran's claims for compensable disability ratings for his left finger scar and pulmonary fibrosis. The Veteran has neither appealed nor submitted a motion for reconsideration of the August 2021 Board decision.

Based upon the foregoing, the Board finds that the Veteran no longer has an issue on appeal with respect to the increased rating claims for service-connected left finger scar and pulmonary fibrosis.
