Entitlement to service connection for a thoracolumbar spine disorder is remanded. Entitlement to service connection for a left hand disorder is remanded. REASONS FOR REMAND The Veteran had active service from October 1979 to October 1982, and from May 2015 to January 2016, with additional service in the Marine Corps Reserve and Army National Guard. This matter is on appeal from rating decisions issued by a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO). In May 2021, the Veteran testified before the undersigned Veterans Law Judge. A transcript of the hearing is of record. The record indicates there are outstanding VA treatment records. In this regard, during his hearing, the Veteran testified that he receives treatment at the Tampa VA Medical Center. These are not included in his claims file and must be obtained on remand. The matters are REMANDED for the following action: Obtain the Veteran's VA treatment records from the Tampa VA Medical Center, along with any other updated VA treatment records, and associate them with the claims file.
