REMANDED

1. Entitlement to an increased rating for the service-connected psychiatric disability is remanded.

2. Entitlement to an increased rating for the service-connected androgenic alopecia and chronic telogen effluvium (skin disability) is remanded.

REASONS FOR REMAND

Psychiatric disability

Skin disability

The record, to include the testimony before the undersigned, indicates changes in the severity of these disabilities since the last relevant VA examinations. The record provides a basis for finding the Veteran willing to attend additional examinations. The Board remands to obtain these examinations.

Accordingly, the matters are REMANDED for the following action(s):

1. Obtain updated VA treatment records.

2. Thereafter, schedule the Veteran for VA examinations to assess the current severity of her, 

(a.) service-connected psychiatric disability; and

(b.) service-connected skin disability.

The Veteran has the right to submit additional evidence and argument on the matter the Board has remanded. Kutscherousky v. West, 12 Vet. App. 369 (1999).

This claim must be afforded expeditious treatment. The law requires that all claims that are remanded by the Board of Veterans' Appeals or by the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims for additional development or other appropriate action must be handled in an expeditious manner. See 38 U.S.C. §§ 5109B, 7112 (2012).
