FINDING OF FACT In July 2021, the Agency of Original Jurisdiction established service connection for bladder cancer associated with herbicide agent exposure rated as 100 percent disabling, effective March 1, 2017. CONCLUSION OF LAW Service connection for bladder cancer associated with herbicide agent exposure has been granted and no allegation of error of fact or law remains. 38 U.S.C. § 7105. REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSION The Veteran had active service from January 1966 to January 1969 and from August 1974 to September 1991. The Veteran served in the Republic of Vietnam. Service Connection for Bladder Cancer In July 2021, the Agency of Original Jurisdiction established service connection for bladder cancer associated with herbicide agent exposure rated as 100 percent disabling, effective March 1, 2017. The Board of Veterans' Appeals (Board) concludes that the benefit sought on appeal has been granted and no allegation of fact or law remains.
