Service connection for high blood pressure is dismissed. Service connection for right ear hearing loss is dismissed. Service connection for chronic venous insufficiency of lower legs is dismissed. FINDING OF FACT On August 23, 2017, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Board received written notification from the appellant requesting to withdraw his appeals. CONCLUSION OF LAW The criteria for withdrawal of the appeals by the appellant have been met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSION The Veteran served on active duty from July 1978 to November 1978 and December 1985 to August 2011. Dismissed Claims The Board may dismiss any appeal which fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed. 38 U.S.C. § 7105. An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision. 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his authorized representative. Id. On August 23, 2017, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, VA received written notification from the appellant requesting to withdraw his appeals. On November 30, 2021, VA received confirmation from the Veteran's representative the Veteran wished to withdraw his remaining appeals. The Board finds criteria for written withdrawal are met. 38 C.F.R. §§ 19.55(b)(1). Accordingly, the Board does not have jurisdiction to review the appeal and it is dismissed. KELLI A.
