CONCLUSION OF LAW The criteria for withdrawal of an appeal are met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. §§ 19.55, 20.205. REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSION The Veteran served on active duty in the United States Army from July 1983 to July 1986, and as a member of the Army Reserves was called to active duty from January 1991 to September 1991, from December 1997 to August 1998, and from October 2005 to October 2008. These matters come before the Board of Veterans' Appeals (Board) on appeal from a January 2019 rating decision by an Agency of Original Jurisdiction (AOJ) of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The Board may dismiss any appeal which fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed. 38 U.S.C. § 7105. An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision. 38 C.F.R. § 20.205. Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his or her authorized representative. 38 C.F.R. § 20.205. Here, the Veteran submitted correspondence in November 2021indicating she wished to withdraw from appellate review her claims for entitlement to service connection for hives (urticaria) (previously included with allergic rhinitis 6522); bilateral ear abnormal mobility w/pneumatic otoscopy, status post bilateral bunionectomy; left shoulder glabral tear SLAP & residuals of repair to include left shoulder rotator cuff tear, impingement disorder, AC joint osteoarthritis; ethmoid & maxillary sinus disease with sphenoethmoid recess polyps (previously addressed separately); bilateral hammer toes (previously 5278); residuals of left hallux medial border ingrown toenail; bilateral hearing loss; bilateral bunionectomy scars status and pelvic scars post surgeries; allergic asthma to include reactive airway disease; right carpal tunnel syndrome (previously addressed as bilateral); left knee patellofemoral syndrome, and adhesive capsulitis; fight ankle tendonitis extensor & flexor digitorum longus pain; tenosynovitis and synovitis (previously bilateral); headache syndrome to include migraines; cervical spine C5-C7 disc space narrowing, DDD, DJD, osteophyte formation to include cervicalgia; right foot 1st MTP joint degenerative joint disease to include residuals of surgery (previously bilateral foot under 5279); right foot numbness, tingling, and pain (previously included with bilateral foot s/p surgery); left foot 1st MTP joint degenerative joint disease status post-surgery (previously addressed as bilateral foot 5279); T7 superior endplate compression fracture deformity; left foot numbness, tingling, and pain (previously included with bilateral foot 5279); tinnitus; factor XI deficiency w/bleeding; chronic allergic rhinitis with congestion, nasal blockage, and rhinorrhea; nasoseptal deviation; left ankle tendonitis extensor & flexor digitorum longus pain; tenosynovitis and synovitis (previously bilateral under 5020-5024 & 5271); allergen desensitization; left upper extremity brachial radiculopathy; chronic allergic conjunctivitis; lumbago, claimed as thoracic spine sprain/strain and degenerative changes of the axial skeleton; sinus bradycardia w/left ventricular enlargement, right incomplete bundle branch block; right shoulder pain (previously addressed as bilateral); cardiac dysrhythmia/rhythm disorder, also claimed as sinus tachycardia; left carpal tunnel syndrome (previously addressed as bilateral); myofascial strain/pain (previously addressed under 8045); left trapezius muscle strain; right knee patellofemoral pain syndrome, adhesive capsulitis; skin hemangioma; residuals of septoplasty & sinus surgery, to include bilateral middle turbinate scraping and septal spurs; head injury secondary to MVA; mitral valve prolapse w/mitral regurgitation; and right upper extremity brachial radiculopathy claimed as numbness, tingling, and pain right shoulder (previously included under bilateral shoulders). As a result, there remain no allegations of errors of fact or law for appellate consideration. Accordingly, the Board does not have jurisdiction to review the appeal and it is dismissed with respect to all claimed conditions listed above. WILLIAM H.
