ORDER

Service connection for tinnitus is granted.

FINDING OF FACT

The Veteran’s tinnitus is shown to be the result of either service or his service connected hearing loss.

CONCLUSION OF LAW

The criteria for service connection for tinnitus have been met.

REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSION

The Veteran had active service from May 1971 to August 1973.	

The procedural history in this appeal that has been outlined in detail in prior April 2020 Board remand that are incorporated herein by reference.

The Veteran has been diagnosed with tinnitus, and a 2015 medical opinion linked his tinnitus to his bilateral hearing loss, which has recently been service connected.  As such, service connection for tinnitus is granted.
