Service connection for degenerative changes of the lumbar spine, claimed as back condition, is dismissed. Service connection for a spot on the left lung is dismissed. Service connection for coronary artery disease is dismissed. Service connection for headaches is dismissed. A rating higher than 10 percent for left knee arthritis and patellar enthesopathy is dismissed. A rating higher than 10 percent for right knee arthritis and patellar enthesopathy is dismissed. A total disability rating based on individual unemployability (TDIU) prior to May 12, 2014, is dismissed. FINDING OF FACT On November 25, 2020, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Board received notification from the Veteran, through his authorized representative, that a withdrawal of the above listed issues on appeal is requested. CONCLUSION OF LAW The criteria for withdrawal of the appeal for the issues listed in the Order are met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSION The Board may dismiss any appeal which fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed. 38 U.S.C. § 7105. An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision. 38 C.F.R. § § 19.55. Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his or her authorized representative. 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. In November 2020, the Veteran, through his representative, withdrew his appeal.
