REASONS FOR REMAND The Veteran had active duty service from March 1974 to May 1976. The instant case is on appeal from a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO) rating decision that, in pertinent part, denied service connection for the above-listed disorders. The Veteran testified at a Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) hearing in February 2019. The transcript has been associated with the claims file. 1. Service Connection for Right Rotator Cuff Syndrome 2. Service Connection for Left Wrist Disorder 3. Service Connection for Bilateral Pes Planus 4. Service Connection for Costochondritis 5. Service Connection for Tinnitus 6. Service Connection for Bilateral Sensorineural Hearing Loss Since the August 2014 Statement of the Case, there have been multiple records added to the claims file by the RO. This includes CAPRI treatment records that were compiled on November 2020, April 2020, March 2020, and September 2019. The RO has not had the opportunity to consider the above-listed claims in light of these treatment records. In December 2020, the Board contacted the Veteran’s representative and alerted him to this fact, stating that the Board needed to know if the Veteran wished to waive review by the Agency of Original Jurisdiction (AOJ). The Board letter stated that, if there was no response in 45 days, the Board would assume that the Veteran’s preference was to not have the Board decide the appeal and that the Board would remand the case to the AOJ for review. As there was no response from the Veteran or the representative, this remand is to provide RO review of the additional evidence.
