ORDER

Entitlement to service connection for asthma is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for bilateral ankle disability is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for depression is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for bilateral foot condition is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for low back condition is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for neck condition is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for right knee condition is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for sinusitis is dismissed.

Entitlement to service connection for sleep apnea is dismissed.

FINDINGS OF FACT

1. On January 27, 2021, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) received notification from the Veteran that he wished to withdraw his appeal for the issues of entitlement to service connection for asthma, bilateral ankle disability, depression, bilateral foot condition, low back condition, neck condition, right knee condition, sinusitis, and sleep apnea. 

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

1. The criteria for withdrawal of the issue of entitlement to service connection for asthma have been met.

2. The criteria for withdrawal of the issue of entitlement to service connection for bilateral ankle disability have been met. 

3. The criteria for withdrawal of the issue of entitlement to service connection for depression have been met. 

4. The criteria for withdrawal of the issue of entitlement to service connection for bilateral foot condition have been met. 

5. The criteria for withdrawal of the issue of entitlement to service connection for low back condition have been met. 

6. The criteria for withdrawal of the issue of entitlement to service connection for neck condition have been met. 

7. The criteria for withdrawal of the issue of entitlement to service connection for right knee condition have been met.

8. The criteria for withdrawal of the issue of entitlement to service connection for sinusitis have been met. 

9. The criteria for withdrawal of the issue of entitlement to service connection for sleep apnea have been met. 

REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS

As noted above, on January 27, 2021, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Board received notification that the Veteran wished to withdraw his appeal regarding the issues of entitlement to service connection for asthma, bilateral ankle disability, depression, bilateral foot condition, low back condition, neck condition, right knee condition, sinusitis, and sleep apnea. 

The Board may dismiss any appeal which fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed. An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision. Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his or her authorized representative. Id. In the present case, the Veteran has requested to withdraw all claims on appeal; and, therefore, there remain no allegations of errors of fact or law for appellate consideration. Accordingly, the Board does not have jurisdiction to review the appeal and it is dismissed.
