REASONS FOR REMAND The appellant is a Veteran who served on active duty from January 1993 to April 1993, from January 1994 to January 1997, from August 2006 to May 2009, April 2012 to March 2013, and from to June 2015 to June 2016. This matter is before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) on appeal from a rating decision of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO). In April 2021, a Video Conference Board hearing was held before the undersigned. Entitlement to a compensable evaluation prior to May 6, 2014, an increased evaluation higher than 10 percent prior to April 18, 2017, and higher than 20 percent thereafter, for cervical strain is remanded. The Veteran’s cervical spine was last examined in April 2017. At the April 2021 Board hearing she testified to a worsening of symptoms, as well as potential neurological symptoms in her bilateral upper extremities. Therefore, a new examination is needed to determine the current state of her cervical stain. The matters are REMANDED for the following action: 1. Schedule the Veteran for an appropriate VA examination to evaluate the current severity of her cervical strain, and to identify any attending neurological ailments. The examiner is asked to ensure that the examination includes the findings required by Correia v. McDonald, 28 Vet. App. 158 (2016), Sharp v. Shulkin, 29 Vet. App. 26 (2017). H.M.
