Entitlement to service connection for numbness in the feet is remanded. REASONS FOR REMAND The Veteran served on active duty from September 1979 to September 1983. This matter came before the Board of Veterans Appeals (Board) on appeal from an October 2013 rating decision of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO). The Veteran testified before the undersigned Veteran’s Law Judge during an October 2017 hearing. The transcript of the hearing is of record. June 2018, October 2019 and October 2020 Board decisions remanded the issues on appeal for further development. A June 2019 rating decision granted service connection for spinal stenosis, cervical spine, allergic rhinitis and bilateral upper extremity radiculopathy. As that decision constituted a complete grant of the benefit sought on appeal, those issues are no longer before the Board. 1. Entitlement to service connection for a headache disability is remanded. 2. Entitlement to service connection for numbness in the feet is remanded. The AOJ last adjudicated the issues on appeal in a December 2020 SOC. Since that time, additional medical records, including VA treatment records, have been added to the claim file. A waiver of AOJ review was not submitted for those records. Accordingly, remand is necessary for the AOJ to consider the new evidence of record and issue an SSOC. The matters are REMANDED for the following action: The AOJ should review the record and readjudicate the issue on appeal.
