ORDER

The appeal is dismissed.

FINDING OF FACT

In light of the February 2021 Board decision that granted the issue on appeal, there remains no matter in controversy. 

CONCLUSION OF LAW

The criteria for dismissal of appeal have been met. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 20.205.

REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSION

In a February 2021 decision, the Board granted service connection for an acquired psychiatric disability, to include posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The issue had previously been characterized as a personality disorder with headaches. As entitlement to service connection for an acquired psychiatric disability was the only issue on appeal, there remains no matter in controversy as to this matter. Accordingly, the appeal must be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. 38 U.S.C. §§ 7104 (a), 7105(d)(5).
