The appeal regarding a rating higher than 20 percent for a low back disability, from January 9, 2021, is dismissed. The appeal regarding a rating higher than 50 percent for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) with depression, prior to October 29, 2020, is dismissed. The appeal regarding a rating higher than 70 percent for PTSD with depression, from October 29, 2020, is dismissed. The appeal regarding a total disability rating based on individual unemployability (TDIU), prior to July 18, 2016, is dismissed. FINDING OF FACT On February 24, 2021, the Veteran filed an Appeals Satisfaction Notice, which indicates that he is satisfied and wishes to withdraw all remaining issues associated with this appeal. CONCLUSION OF LAW The criteria for dismissal of the following issues on appeal have been met: a rating higher than 10 percent for a low back disability prior to January 9, 2021, and 20 percent thereafter; a rating higher than 50 percent for PTSD with depression prior to October 29, 2020, and 70 percent thereafter; and a TDIU prior to July 18, 2016. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSION The Veteran served on active duty from June 1982 to March 1988. This case returns to the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) after a remand to the agency of original jurisdiction (AOJ) in September 2020. Withdrawal of Appeal The AOJ readjudicated the claims on appeal in a January 2021 rating decision and supplemental statement of the case (SSOC). On February 24, 2021, the Veteran filed an Appeals Satisfaction Notice in response to the SSOC. The notice indicates that he is satisfied and wishes to withdraw all remaining issues associated with this appeal. His intent to withdraw the issues identified above is clear and unambiguous. As there are no remaining allegations of error of fact or law for appellate consideration, the Board does not have jurisdiction and the appeal is dismissed. 38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55.
