REMANDED

Entitlement to service connection for neurobehavioral effects is remanded.

Entitlement to service connection for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is remanded.

Entitlement to service connection for autoimmune disease is remanded.

Entitlement to service connection for auto hepatitis is remanded.

Entitlement to service connection for osteoporosis is remanded.

REASONS FOR REMAND

The Veteran's service connection claims were remanded in March 2021.  The case was returned to the Board before all the requested development by the Agency of Original Jurisdiction (AOJ) was finished.  Thus, the Board finds a remand is necessary to ensure all the remand directives from the March 2021 remand have been completed. Stegall v. West, 11 Vet. App. 268, 271 (1998)

The matters are REMANDED for the following action:

1. Obtain the Veteran's complete service personnel records from the U.S. Army, as well as Air National Guard, to include all documents pertaining to her service at Fort McClellan, Alabama, beginning in January 1977.  The Veteran has changed her social security number since activity duty service discharge, request service personnel records under both social security numbers.

2. Obtain Veteran's VA treatment records from the period from April 2019 to present. 

3. Thereafter, any after any additional development necessary, to include ordering examinations, readjudicate the issues considering all the evidence of record.  If upon completion of the above actions, the issues remain denied, the matters must be returned to the Board.
