Entitlement to a rating in excess of 40 percent for lumbar spine degenerative disease is remanded. Entitlement to a rating in excess of 10 percent for tension headaches is remanded. REASONS FOR REMAND The Veteran had active service from July 1993 to July 1997. Entitlement to a rating in excess of 20 percent for cervical spine degenerative disease; a rating in excess of 40 percent for lumbar spine degenerative disease; and a rating in excess of 10 percent for tension headaches is remanded. Additional relevant evidence was submitted into the record without waiver of Agency of Original Jurisdiction review since the March 2017 statement of the case. In November 2021, the Veteran requested that her appeal be remanded to the Agency of Original Jurisdiction for consideration of the additional relevant evidence. The matters are REMANDED for the following actions: Readjudicate the issues of increased ratings for cervical spine, lumbar spine, and headache disabilities.
