ORDER

The appeal for service connection for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is dismissed. 

FINDING OF FACT

In February 2022, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Veteran submitted an Appeals Satisfaction Notice withdrawing all issues remaining on appeal.

CONCLUSION OF LAW

The criteria for withdrawal of the appeal for service connection for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo have been met.  38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 19.55.

WITHDRAWAL

The Veteran had active service from September 1986 to March 2012.  He served in Iraq.  

In February 2022, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Veteran submitted an Appeals Satisfaction Notice withdrawing all issues remaining on appeal.

An appellant or his accredited representative may withdraw a substantive appeal in writing at any time prior to the Board of Veterans' Appeals' (Board) promulgation of a decision.  38 C.F.R. § 19.55.  The Board finds that the Veteran has effectively withdrawn the appeal for service connection for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.  Therefore, the Board concludes that no allegation of fact or law remains as to that issue, and the appeal must be dismissed.  38 U.S.C. § 7105.
