REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSIONS The Veteran had active duty from March 1983 to January 1989 and from April 2012 to May 2013. She also had active duty training from September 2009 to January 2010, May 2010 to August 2010, and February 2011 to February 2012. These matters come before the Board of Veterans Appeals (Board) on appeal from a rating decision issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO) in July 2015. The Veteran withdrew her request for a Board hearing that was scheduled for June 2020. Withdrawals 1. Service connection for sleep apnea 2. Service connection for status post total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy 3. Service connection for bilateral fallen arches and plantar fasciitis 4. Service connection for sinusitis 5. Service connection for a vision condition 6. Service connection for right ear hearing loss 7. Service connection for headaches 8. Service connection for a bladder condition The Board may dismiss any appeal which fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed. 38 U.S.C. § 7105. An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision. 38 C.F.R. § 19.55. Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his or her authorized representative. Id. In June 2020, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Board was advised that the Veteran wanted to withdraw her appeal concerning her claims for service connection for sleep apnea, status post total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, bilateral fallen arches and plantar fasciitis, sinusitis, a vision condition, right ear hearing loss, headaches, a right wrist condition, allergic rhinitis, and a bladder condition. As the Veteran has withdrawn her appeal concerning these claims, there remain no allegations of errors of fact or law for appellate consideration. Accordingly, the Board does not have jurisdiction to review the appeal concerning these claims and they are dismissed. K. A.
