REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS In May 2022, the Board remanded the issues of entitlement to service connection for left lower extremity radiculopathy and urinary incontinence for additional development. Based on the additional development, the Regional Office (RO), in a November 2022 rating decision, granted service connection for left lower extremity radiculopathy and urinary incontinence.
