The issue of service connection for right carpal tunnel syndrome is remanded. The issue of service connection for a right ankle and foot disability, including heel spurs, achilles tendonitis, and joint instability, is remanded. The issue of service connection for a left ankle and foot disability, including heel spurs, achilles tendonitis, and joint instability, is remanded. The issue of service connection for chronic fatigue syndrome is remanded. The issue of service connection for renal cysts is remanded. The issue of service connection for right elbow warts is remanded. The issue of service connection for psoas tendonitis, also claimed as a nerve disability of the right thigh, is remanded. REASONS FOR REMAND The Veteran served on active duty in the Army from October 1983 to February 1984 and the Air Force from May 1988 to October 1997 and May 2001 to July 2014. These matters come before the Board of Veterans' Appeals (Board) from an October 2015 rating decision. The Veteran testified before the Board at a hearing in April 2022. A transcript of the hearing has been associated with the claims file. In the April 2022 hearing before the Board, the Veteran asserted that following discharge from service he has continued to receive treatment from his private medical providers for the claimed disabilities, the records of which have not yet been sought. Therefore, a remand is necessary to allow VA to attempt to obtain these records. The matters are REMANDED for the following action: (Continued on the next page) ? 1. Ask the Veteran to identify any private medical providers discussed in the April 2022 Board hearing who may have treated him for his above claimed disabilities, including retinal degeneration of the left eye; right carpal tunnel syndrome; chronic fatigue syndrome; renal cysts; right elbow warts; psoas tendonitis, also claimed as a nerve disability of the right thigh; and bilateral ankle and foot disabilities, including heel spurs, achilles tendonitis, and joint instability. Ask the Veteran to complete a VA Form 21-4142 for each medical provider so identified. Copies of any identified records not already associated with the file should be sought. 2. After any additional development as may become indicated has been accomplished, including obtaining new VA examinations, if necessary, re-adjudicate the appeal. MICHAEL E.
