ORDER

The appeal concerning the increased disability ratings for left shoulder labral tear, left foot Morton's neuroma, and thoracolumbar strain; and service connection for chronic fatigue syndrome and dermatosis of the hands and face; has been withdrawn and is dismissed.

FINDING OF FACT

On February 2, 2026, prior to the promulgation of a decision in the appeal, the Board received written notification from the appellant that a withdrawal of this appeal is requested.

CONCLUSION OF LAW

The criteria for withdrawal of an appeal by the appellant are met.  38 U.S.C. § 7105; 38 C.F.R. § 20.205.

REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSION

The Veteran served on active duty from March 2011 to July 2017. This matter comes before the Board of Veterans' Appeals (Board) on appeal from a September 2025 rating decision from a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO). In a November 20, 2025 VA Form 10182 Notice of Disagreement, the Veteran selected the Evidence Submission docket. 

The Board may dismiss any appeal which fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed.  38 U.S.C. § 7105.  An appeal may be withdrawn as to any or all issues involved in the appeal at any time before the Board promulgates a decision.  38 C.F.R. § 20.205.  Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his or her authorized representative.  38 C.F.R. § 20.205.  

In the present case, the appellant has withdrawn this appeal in writing.  The written correspondence listed his name, VA file number, and a statement that he desired a withdrawal of "all pending appeals" and identified the Board docket number associated with this appeal meeting the requirements of 38 C.F.R. § 20.205(b).  See 2/2/2026 VA Form 21-4138 Statement In Support of Claim.  Hence, there remain no allegations of errors of fact or law for appellate consideration.  Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
