VA Experience Week engages, educates and Appreciates Veteran patients and VA employees.
Today, the Office of Patient Experience & Advocacy invites our DC VAMC team to join the celebration. This is a time to celebrate our team – those who work to improve the patient experience each day by enhancing relationships with patients and colleagues, sharing gratitude to increase trust, morale, and communication.
Patient Experience may mean different things to individual Veterans and their family members, but the big picture is that Team DC VAMC is committed to delivering safe, quality care and service excellence. VA defines patient experience as “the sum of all interactions shaped by the organization’s culture that influence Veterans’ perceptions along their health care journey.”
Join the team for information and resources Tuesday, April 29 through Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until noon. Each day has a topic and theme.
