We encourage all VA employees to wear red to support women's health month.
We will be hosting a health fair in the main lobby from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a photo at 12:30 p.m. in the main lobby. There will be booths with the following:
- Women Veteran Program hosting Cardiac awareness
- Education performing CPR demonstrations
- Primary Care doing blood pressure checks
- Food & Nutrition Services
- The American Red Cross
- Suicide Prevention
- Whole Health
- plus much more
This year's focus is the difference between a heart attack and a stroke and how they are different for women.
