Dr. Becky (Daley) Rhoads, Au.D., was appointed as the facility’s Associate Director in August, 2018.
Dr. Becky Rhoads began her VA career at the White River Junction VA Medical Center in June, 2009. She was a staff audiologist and was then selected for the Chief of Audiology position, where she served until 2016 when she moved to health care administration. Dr. Rhoads has extensive experience in outpatient clinical care for Veterans and health care administration. Dr. Rhoads was appointed the Associate Director for the White River Junction VA Healthcare System in August, 2018 and has served in that role since that time. She has formally been detailed as Interim Director for two VA facilities: the White River Junction VA Healthcare System in 2021 and the Lexington VA Health Care System in Lexington, Kentucky in 2022. Dr. Rhoads is also a 2017 graduate of the premier VA Health Care Leadership Development Program and a 2021 graduate of the Senior Executive Assessment Program.
Dr. Rhoads is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a dual degree in Communication Sciences and Psychology. She earned a Doctorate in Audiology from Northeastern University in 2008. Dr. Rhoads is a Rutland, Vermont native and she currently resides in the Upper Valley with her family.
