Whole Health Experience

Experience Whole Health
Whole Health is so much more than an idea or a philosophy. It is a holistic, real-world approach to health care that makes a real difference in the lives of America's Veterans.
Whole Health is designed for all Veterans —
- Veterans facing chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity
- Veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and depression
- Veterans who want to take charge of their health and well-being
Whole Health is healing. It is community. It centers around what matters to you, not what is the matter with you.
Whole Health doesn’t just treat any one symptom
It treats the whole person, considering their mission, aspiration, and purpose — the things that make their health and well-being worth having. Veterans across the country have been transformed by the power of Whole Health.

Ray
After suffering a stroke in 2020, Air Force Veteran Ray Cvetic discovered Whole Health, and it changed everything for him. He was frustrated that he needed a cane to walk on a family trip to Scotland. A year later he was hiking five miles through Iceland’s backcountry with his wife. Ray learned the importance of health care addressing his whole well-being through personalized health goals, hands-on support and guidance, and the community of Veterans around him.
Elena
Elena is no stranger to pain. A foot injury she experienced during an exercise carried over after her time in the Army, making it difficult for Elena to establish a life and career for herself post-service. The debilitating pain she experienced, complicated by a host of other conditions — from insomnia to sinus issues — affected Elena’s mood and relationships and prevented her from getting a grip on her health care. But that was before she turned to Whole Health. By instilling mindfulness in Elena, Whole Health enabled her to see the bigger picture of her health and well-being. She got moving again with the help of tai chi. Other approaches, such as acupuncture and nutritional therapy, combined to encourage Elena to take control of her mental and physical health.
Lisa
After 30 years of struggling with addiction — first hard drugs, then alcohol — Lisa found herself in the ICU 10 times in a single year. Simple tasks like washing dishes felt impossible. Her mental and physical health were in crisis, and she knew something had to change or she might not survive. In less than a year after discovering Whole Health, Lisa’s life completely changed. She went from barely managing three stairs to her apartment to confidently moving through her day. Pre-existing conditions are now under control. Most importantly, she’s sober — something she couldn’t imagine achieving alone.
Kris
When Kris medically retired from service, he found himself going through the motions. The Army Veteran, who saw combat in Iraq, sought treatment for PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and knee and back pain — though he wasn’t getting anything out of the experience so much as he was checking boxes. Then, in 2020, his health further deteriorated due to a severe bout of COVID-19. That’s when Kris made a life-changing — and lifesaving — decision to adopt a Whole Health mindset. Not only did his newfound approach help him overcome COVID-19, but it also empowered him to address another aspect of his health: his weight. With a Whole Health philosophy on-board, Kris lost over 60 pounds on his way to becoming a happier, healthier husband and father of two.
