Patient advocates

Thank you for choosing the Alexandria VA Health Care System as your provider of choice. We seek to personally give you, family members, caregivers, and survivors the help that you need to address your issue at the lowest level. Service level advocates are available in all areas to address your concern or compliment as they are the subject matter experts. Our Patient Advocates work directly with service level advocates and are available to you if they are unable to resolve your important issue. Again, it is our honor to serve you.
